1. Service Description

The Platform enables automated processing of article URL addresses, text generation, and downloading of visual materials for creating Instagram carousels. The Platform does not verify the legality of content nor modify it.

2. User Responsibility – Key Provisions

2.1 FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT

You as the User are fully responsible for all inputs (URL links, texts) and outputs (generated carousels) created on the Platform. The Operator:

• Does not create content
• Does not verify copyrights
• Is not liable for violations of third-party rights

2.2 User's Declaration of Rights

By registering, you declare and warrant:

• All URL links you provide lead to content for which you have full rights (either you are the author, have written license, or explicit permission from the owner).
• All downloaded images and texts are usable for commercial purposes on social networks without violating copyrights, trademarks, or personality rights.
• You do not intend to violate the laws of the Slovak Republic, EU, or Instagram/Meta terms.

2.3 Indemnification

You agree that all claims, fines, court costs, or lawsuits arising from your content (copyrights, defamation, trademark violations) will be handled entirely at your expense. The Operator is entitled to full compensation of damages including legal fees.

3. Prohibited Use

EXPLICITLY PROHIBITED:

• Using third-party content without permission
• Scraping or downloading materials from paywall sites
• Generating misleading or deceptive content
• Automated mass processing without license

Violation results in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Operator's Limited Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Operator is not liable for:

• Accuracy or legality of generated content
• Platform availability
• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages

The Operator's maximum liability is the amount of your last payment.

5. Termination

The Operator reserves the right to immediately terminate access upon suspicion of law violation or breach of these Terms without prior notice.

CONSENT

"Yes, I am aware that I bear full responsibility for all inputs and outputs from the Platform. I will not use any URL links or images without legal authorization. I agree that any claims from third parties will be handled by me."
